not as…as或也可以写成 not so as， 是什么不如什么的意思，即前一个程度不如后一个深。

not as…as的基本结构

2、not as …as 译为和……不一样(用于否定句)，也表示同级比较，中间可以加形容词和副词。但是要区分与not so …as ，前者语气弱，后者语气强。
